Under Armour Founder & CEO KEVIN PLANK will "step back from his role of president in a series of management changes announced Tuesday." PATRIK FRISK, former CEO of footwear company The Aldo Group, will become the company's president and COO on July 10. Frisk will report to Plank, who will remain chair and CEO, and be "responsible for go-to-market strategy and executing the company's long-term growth plan" (BALTIMORE SUN, 6/27). ... Former NHL Montreal Canadiens Exec VP & COO KEVIN GILMORE was re-elected to a four-year term on the Canadian Olympic Committee BOD (THE DAILY).

COACHES/MANAGERS: French Pro A basketball side Élan Béarnais Pau-Orthez announced SERGE CREVECOEUR as manager. He coached Belgian side Basic-Fit Brussels for the past eight seasons, and led the club to the Belgian league championship once (BELGA, 6/27). ... JAMIE ANDRISEVIC, who served as an assistant coach for Japan's B. League side Kyoto Hannaryz last season, was hired as the bench coach of the Hiroshima Dragonflies, the B. League second-division squad announced Friday. Andrisevic, 35, replaces KENICHI SAKO (JAPAN TIMES, 6/23). ... French side Bastia announced Manager RUI ALMEIDA left the club. Bastia was relegated from Ligue 1 on the last day of the season after losing to Marseille, and was "further demoted on financial grounds subject to an appeal." Almeida and assistant coach GABRIEL SANTOS took the decision to "bring an end to their collaboration by mutual agreement" (PA, 6/27).
