World Rugby Hall Of Fame To Open In Warwickshire Town In November

A Hall of Fame celebrating rugby union's past "will be officially opened at the birthplace of the sport in five weeks' time," according to the BBC. The World Rugby Hall of Fame will be at Rugby Art Gallery and Museum in the Warwickshire town. Twelve people will be inducted into the Hall of Fame when it is opened by ex-England and British and Irish Lions captain Bill Beaumont on Nov. 17. It will "then open to the public permanently the following day." The interactive facility will combine video archive from "World Rugby, rugby union's governing body and historical memorabilia" (BBC, 10/13).
