Flyeralarm Ends Sponsorship Deals With Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund

Online printing provider Flyeralarm "ended its partnerships with Bundesliga clubs Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund," according to Henning Eberhardt of SPONSORs. Flyeralarm's deals with the clubs expired on July 1 after the company decided not to renew the partnerships. The online printer had been a third-level partner of Bayern Munich since '13-14 and a second-tier sponsor of Borussia Dortmund since '12-13. However, Flyeralarm remains a partner of Bayern Munich Basketball. Its deal with the Basketball Bundesliga club is set to expire after the '16-17 season. Flyeralarm Managing Dir Thorsten Fischer said, "We have trustfully and successfully worked together with both clubs over many years and were able to increase our awareness distinctively during this time. Therefore we have for now achieved our goals." Flyeralarm will remain active in sports sponsorship and recently extended its partnership of the German women's football team until '18 (SPONSORs, 7/7).
