Media Notes: Stella Artois Teaming With Twitter For Exclusive Wimbledon Video Content

Twitter and Stella Artois are entering Wimbledon as doubles in "a real-time push using Twitter's Amplify product to serve exclusive content to tennis fans during the tournament." Stella Artois, the official beer sponsor of the tournament, is using Twitter's "real-time sponsored video content to get game, set and match over the myriad sponsors." The content is sent from the Wimbledon Twitter account and features a short pre-roll video by Stella Artois (MARKETING MAGAZINE, 7/1). ... Channel 5 is "raiding" BBC's Radio 5 Live "supply line of broadcasting talent" for both co-presenters of its "peak time Football League highlights show next season." Kelly Cates and George Riley will host the show starting at 9pm and showing all the goals from three divisions (London DAILY MAIL, 6/30).
