Media Notes: Bayern Munich Announces Collaboration With Tmall Global

Bayern Munich is collaborating with Tmall Global, an overseas platform and an extension of Alibaba Group's B2C Tmall business in China, and DHL eCommerce to launch an official FC Bayern Munich online flagship store for consumers in China. For the first time, fans can now order a Bayern Munich jersey and also purchase a variety of fan merchandise ranging from genuine apparel for men, women and children, as well as other unique goods including traditional German and Bavarian products of the football team (Bayern Munich). ... ESPN2, ESPN Deportes and ESPN Deportes Radio will carry the North American Soccer League side Cosmos vs. Cuba match on Tuesday at 5pm. The game marks the first time a U.S. sports team visits Cuba since U.S. President Barack Obama announced steps toward full diplomacy with the country. It is also the first live sports telecast involving a U.S. team from Cuba since the U.S. beat Cuba 1-0 in Havana in the semifinal round of the CONCACAF World Cup qualifiers in '08 (ESPN). ... Netball fans will be able to view all New Zealand national netball team matches live on SKY Sport for the duration of the Netball World Cup Sydney 2015 in August. SKY confirmed plans to broadcast all matches from Allphones Arena in Sydney Olympic Park live throughout the 10-day tournament (Netball NZ).
