More Than 2 Million Tune In To Watch Europa League Game On Kabel Eins

German free-to-air TV channel kabel eins "recorded satisfying ratings for its broadcast of the Europa League game broadcast on Thursday," according to Alexander Krei of DWDL. A total of 2.25 million viewers tuned in to watch the first half of the 2-2 draw between Wolfsburg and Napoli. The number translated into a market share of 8.2%. The viewership decreased slightly to 2.11 million during the game's second half. In the target demographic 14-49, the second half obtained a 9.5% share. German pay-TV network Sky Deutschland, which also aired the game, drew 150,000 viewers and had a 0.5% market share in the target demo (DWDL, 4/24).
