Marketplace Roundup: Sauber F1 Team Signs Extension To Partnership With Inter

The Sauber F1 Team announced the extension of the partnership with Inter, the market leader in insurance brokerage in Latin America. The collaboration goes into its fourth consecutive year. The company’s logos will be displayed on the seatbelts of the Sauber C34-Ferrari (Sauber). ... U.S. bicycle and cycling product manufacturer Trek has teamed up with the Tour de Suisse in a three-year partnership negotiated by InfrontRingier Sports & Entertainment Switzerland. Trek will be equipping the race service with high-quality spare racing bikes. It will also host a bike expo at the events. Trek will showcase a selection of its current range of models at the race hubs in Risch-Rotkreuz and Bern (Infront). ... German 3rd League football club VfL Osnabrück signed a new shirt sponsorship deal with local bank Sparkasse Osnabrück. The deal will run for one year until the end of the '15-16 season (VfL Osnabrück). ... For the final match of São Paulo's Campeonato Paulista, the Pelé Museum will become the master sponsor of Brasileiro side Santos. The agreement includes a "pack of tickets that guarantees the club will visit" the museum. Figures of the agreement "were not revealed" (MKTESPORTIVO, 4/24). ... Nike and the Nigeria Football Federation announced a new partnership for designing and developing football kits for the country's men and women's national football teams until at least '18. Nike is designing performance and training apparel, and equipment, including team kits and footballs, for the Nigerian national football team players (NFF).
