Media Notes: MTG To Show UEFA Champions League Football In Finland

Modern Times Group will show all the matches from UEFA Champions League in Finland for three years starting from the '15-16 season, on Viaplay and a new TV channel. The new Viasat Sport Finland channel will show the key matches live with local commentary from every Tuesday and Wednesday match day in the group and knock-out rounds, as well as the Saturday final. Viasat Sport Finland will be MTG’s new flagship sports channel in the country (MTG). ... Extreme Sailing Series creator and organizer OC Sport confirmed another record breaking year for the original and only Stadium Racing series, as independent media evaluation agency Havas Sports & Entertainment reported €44M in global media value for '14. The '14 figures show a 25.3% increase in global media exposure compared to '13, with TV exposure accountable for 57% of the overall final figure across all levels of output (Extreme Sailing Series).
