Tabloids are "abuzz" that Shah Rukh Khan's Indian Premier League team Kolkata Knight Riders "has decided to pull out from IPL 8" if the Board of Control for Cricket in India does not "lift the ban on off spinner Sunil Narine this year." The BCCI had imposed a ban on Narine during the Champions League Twenty20 last year for his "suspected illegal bowling action" (DECCAN HERALD, 3/31). ...
