Serie A Side AC Milan's Tour Of U.S., Canada Expected To Bring Club $4.7M In Revenue

Serie A side AC Milan's preseason tour of the U.S. and Canada will "reportedly bring in" as much as €3.5M ($4.7M) in revenue, more than Inter and Roma, according to FOOTBALL ITALIA. The club's four-game tour begins with Thursday's friendly with Olympiacos in Toronto. Milan will then take on Man City in Pittsburgh and Liverpool in Charlotte, N.C. The tour will close with a match against Liga MX side Chivas in Houston. The Gazzetta dello Sport have "run through the figures and suggest that the whole tour is worth as much" as €3.5M in revenue (FOOTBALL ITALIA, 7/22).
