Liverpool's Luis Suarez Tops Bloomberg's Annual Power 50 Football Rankings

Liverpool's Luis Suarez topped Bloomberg Sports' '13-14 "BSports Power50." The data-driven ranking rates individual football performances across Europe's top five leagues. Barcelona's Lionel Messi, Paris St. Germain's Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Real Madrid's Cristiano Ronaldo round out the top four. The top leagues were Serie A, Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga and Ligue 1. The top clubs were Atlético Madrid, AS Roma, Juventus and Man City. The top nationalities were Italian, English, Spanish, Brazilan and French. Half of the top 10 is not participating in this year's World Cup.
