German Hockey Federation (DEB) General Secretary FRANZ REINDL "will resign from his position at the end of June." The 59-year-old "will focus on his duties as managing director of the organizing committee for the 2017 IIHF World Championship, which will be co-hosted by Germany and France." DEB VP ERICH KÜHNHACKL "will also leave the federation" (DPA, 5/5). ... Super League rugby side London Broncos have announced that TONY REA "will leave his role as head coach with immediate effect," to be replaced by JOE GRIMA. Rea, who has had a long association with the club, "returned to coach the side for the second time" in '12, taking over from ROB POWELL (PA, 5/5).
