Eurovision Launches New Live Sports App, Available To Download Free Of Charge

The European Broadcasting Union’s broadcast network, Eurovision, "has launched a new app for sports fans enabling them to see live action sports, replays and highlights," according to DIGITAL TV EUROPE. The Sports Live app "will feature live events" from federations such as the European Union of Gymnastics, FISA and European Athletics. Free to download, its content "is available largely free of charge, although some pay-per-view content may feature in future," according to Eurovision. The app is available on the App Store for iPad, iPhones, and iPod touch, and on the Google Play Store for Android phones and tablets (DIGITAL TV EUROPE, 5/1).
