Siem Reap, Cambodia "may well host" the Olympic Council of Asia’s 2016 General Assembly if an offer made to the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia by OCA President Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad Al-Sabah "gets the royal government’s permission and support" (PHNOM PENH POST, 1/21). ...
