Argentine First Division Side All Boys Faces Lack Of Money, Possible Player Exodus
Argentine first division club All Boys' "financial crisis has arrived at a point of chaos," according to OLE. All Boys President Roberto Bugallo told his players that "there is no money." The financial crisis the club is facing has "reached such a magnitude that Bugallo has given his players an open path to leave the club." Bugallo "essentially said, 'Those who want to leave, leave.'" Club execs are "planning to cover its debt to all players" making less than 15,000 Argentine pesos ($2,274) per month and "play the season with those who choose to remain with the team." Who "will remain is an unknown." Bugallo: "We are reaching the bottom and we will see how to solve all of this. We are not finding solutions" (OLE, 1/7).
