Aspire, Infront Joint Venture Set To Strengthen Commercialization Of Sport In GCC Region

Aspire Katara Investment and Infront Sports & Media have announced a joint venture to target the growing sports marketing business in the Gulf Cooperation Council region. The company will operate with immediate effect under the name AspireInfront from its new premises in Doha, Qatar. The first project handled by AspireInfront will be the organization of the FC Bayern Munich Training Camp, hosted and presented by Volkswagen, which is taking place in Qatar in January. AspireInfront will support rights holders and event organizers in Qatar and the neighboring countries to further strengthen the impact of domestic events and enhance their commercial value. The company will also offer marketing services creating opportunities to link int'l brands and sports to the region and vice versa (Infront).
