Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund and its Marketing Dir MARKUS REJEK "will part ways after 14 years at the end of September." The 45-year-old "arrived in Dortmund in '99 as a founding member of the SPORTFIVE team, which had the task to acquire and supervise the club's sponsorships." In the fall of '10, Rejek "left SPORTFIVE and joined the club as its marketing director" (NEW BUSINESS, 9/10). ... Barcelona President SANDRO ROSELL has been reelected as the second VP of the European Club Association, which includes 214 football clubs in 53 European countries. Bayern Munich Exec Board Chair KARL-HEINZ RUMMENIGGE was also reelected as the organization's president, and Serie A side AC Milan Organizing Dir UMBERTO GANDINI will remain the ECA's senior VP. Russian Premier League club CSKA Moscow President YEVGENY GINER was elected to replace MICHEL VERSCHUEREN as the ECA's third VP (SPORT, 9/10). ... National Rugby League Canberra Raiders Chair JOHN MCINTYRE "will step down from his post in November as the NRL club undergoes one of the biggest management overhauls in its history." The Raiders patriarch "has a 32-year history at the club and his departure comes as the Raiders continue the search to replace sacked coach" DAVID FURNER (CANBERRA TIMES, 9/11).
