Legends Sales And Marketing Develops Football's First Bunker Suites For Man City

Legends Sales and Marketing has "developed three premium seat products" for Man City, including what Legends officials say are the "first bunker suites" in int'l football competition, according to Don Muret of SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL. The four bunkers and two club spaces at Etihad Stadium, "including the reconfigured Citizens club, debuted in mid-August" for the Premier League season. Legends signed a multi-year deal with Man City in March, about three months after "sister company Legends Hospitality took over the team’s food service, forming a joint venture with chef Jamie Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts." CSL Int'l, a third Legends entity, was hired by Man City to "do a feasibility study this year tied to upgrading premium seats at the 11-year-old facility." Legends officials said that Man City paid for the improvements. Man City officials "did not respond to a request for project costs." Legends Sales and Marketing VP Of Project Development Ben Wrigley said, "A lot of the study was done to test some concepts that have become common in the U.S. and are starting to push the envelope overseas" (SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL, 9/9 issue).
