Liga MX side Pumas UNAM Athletic Dir ROBERTO MEDINA and Athletic VP ALBERTO GARCÍA ASPE "have been removed from their positions." Their replacements "have not yet been named" (LA AFICION, 8/11). ... German football coach CHRISTOPH DAUM "will become the new head coach of Turkish side Bursaspor." The former coach of Istanbul teams Fenerbahce and Besiktas "was released from his last head coaching position at Belgian side Club Brugge in May '12." Daum will replace HIKMET KARAMAN, who was recently let go (NEUE ZÜRCHER ZEITUNG, 8/12).
