Jan Ullrich, Winner Of '97 Tour De France, Admits To Use Of Performance Enhancers

Former Tour de France winner JAN ULLRICH "has confessed to doping," according to the BBC. The 39-year-old German, who won the Tour in '97, was banned for two years in February '12 by the Court of Arbitration for Sport for blood doping and "he has now admitted his guilt."
