Media Notes: German News Channel N-TV To Show Porsche Carrera Cup Highlights

German free-to-air TV news channel n-tv "will include the motorsports magazine 'PS - Porsche Carrera Cup' in its program." Starting on May 6, n-tv "will show the highlights of each of the Carrera Cup's nine race weekends on the following Monday at 6:30pm." A 10th episode "will show the highlights of the whole season." N-tv "continues to expand its motorsports coverage". The channel "already shows all races of the FIA Formula 3 European Championship and highlights of World Rally Championship races on Sundays" (DWDL, 4/29). ... FIFA announced that "it will embark on a test of 4K visual technology" at the upcoming Confederations Cup in Brazil. FIFA "will work with official partner Sony to implement the 4K test at the Confederations Cup," which kicks off on June 15 in Brasilia (SOCCEREX, 4/29).
