Former La Liga Villarreal FC coach JUAN CARLOS GARRIDO has been confirmed as the new coach of Club Brugge KV. He signed a deal until the end of the season. Spaniard Garrido, 43, succeeds GEORGES LEEKENS who was dismissed on Nov. 4 (UEFA). ... Sports marketing agency Sportfive appointed ROUVEN KASPER as senior director Team HSV (Hamburg SV). Kasper will work together with Exec Dir Team HSV EIKE GYLLENSVÄRD to head the 11-staff marketing team (Sportfive). ... Bayern Munich Deputy VP BERND RAUCH revealed that he "will not seek re-election at the club's annual general meeting on Thursday." Supermarket chain Netto Founder RUDOLF SCHELS will takeover as the club's deputy VP (ABENDZEITUNG MÜNCHEN, 11/14). ... A new Infront Sports & Media subsidiary -- Infront France SAS -- has named JEAN-FRANCOIS JEANNE as managing director. Jeanne is a French sports business professional and marketing specialist with a 16-year int'l industry track record. Infront France SAS is based in Paris and started operations on Thursday (Infront).
