EPL club Tottenham Hotspur agreed to pay a transfer fee of £15M ($23.5M) to Fulham for MOUSSA DEMBELE. The 25-year-old Belgium int'l midfielder will join in time for Tottenham's league game "this weekend subject to a completing a medical" (THE NATIONAL, 8/29). ... Young Boys Berne striker EMMANUEL MAYUKA joined EPL Southamption for five years until '17. The 21-year-old Zambian "scored 20 goals in 62 matches for the Young Boys." The transfer fee was not disclosed, but Mayuka's market value is estimated to be around €5-6M ($6.3-7.5M) (BLICK, 8/29). ... Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen acquired FC Cologne goaltender MICHAEL RENSING. The 28-year-old Rensing "signed a one-year deal with Leverkusen until June 30" (DIE WELT, 8.29).
