Ticketing And Event Managing Company CTS Eventim Takes Over Cologne's Lanxess-Arena

German ticketing and event managing company CTS Eventim "will take over operations of the Lanxess-Arena" in Cologne, Germany, according to Philipp J. Meckert of EXPRESS. The publicly owned company generated €500M in revenue last year. The takeover of the arena "is supposed to increase the company's market presence." Lanxess-Arena Managing Dir Stefan Löcher describes the new deal as a "milestone for Cologne." He added: "We are glad, to soon welcome our 25th million visitor to the arena" (EXPRESS, 8/10).
