NBA Adds Nine New Int'l Partners, Draft Broadcast Into 200-Plus Countries

The 2012 NBA Draft gets underway on Thursday with a global broadcast reach in more than 200 countries. According to the NBA, nine new int'l partners will air the NBA Draft for the first time, with more than 35 int'l media members to attend the draft held at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. NBA TV Int'l will offer draft coverage for eight hours in 81 countries. The NBA Draft includes 28 int'l player prospects from 16 countries. The NBA ended its '11-12 season with 78 int'l players from 39 countries (NBA).
