Sources: Cavaliers Skip Practice To Visit Recovering Dan Gilbert

The Cavaliers yesterday "bypassed a full practice" to instead visit team Owner Dan Gilbert at his home about 20 miles outside Detroit, according to sources. Gilbert "continues to recover from a stroke suffered on May 26." In a "sign of unity and support, the Cavs brought the whole team to Gilbert's home" in Franklin, Mich. Sources said that the team "broke down film and conducted a brief walkthrough in preparation" for today's game against the Celtics. A source said of the visit, "Dan is getting better.
