Former President George H.W. Bush passed away Friday at the age of 94, and numerous sports figures quickly paid tribute to his memory. Tiger Woods said Bush's name is "synonymous with golf." Woods: "Being around him for all these years ... at the Presidents Cup and him being involved in it since its inception in ’94, he was such a class act" (USA TODAY, 12/2).
