Marlins quickly sell out WBC ticket allotment

The Marlins on Thursday sold out their inventory of tickets made available to the general public for the first round of the 2023 World Baseball Classic, less than 45 minutes after they went on sale. Fans purchased all available ticket strips for Round 1 at loanDepot park, as well as country-specific ticket strips for the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and Venezuela shortly after they became available at 1pm ET.

The remaining inventory of tickets for Round 1 is currently available exclusively for members of the Marlins membership program. loanDepot park is set to become the first facility to host games for all three rounds of the WorldBC, and only Marlins members have priority access for tickets to the quarterfinal, semifinal and championship rounds, all of which will unfold in March.
