EA Sports' "FIFA" Adds Licensing Deal With Two Serie A Clubs

EA Sports’ "FIFA" franchise is adding two new multiyear licensing agreements to its portfolio today in Italian soccer giants AC Milan and Inter Milan. EA Sports "FIFA" for both clubs is now the exclusive official video games sponsor, which includes global marketing rights. Terms were not disclosed. Players from each team can now only be found within the latest edition of the game, while teams’ kits, stadiums and names are exclusive to the platform, too. Through the deal, the brand will have the opportunity to activate on-site around matches, work with players from both teams for promotional purposes and market their relationship throughout the community.
