Two N.Y.-Based ESPN Employees Test Positive For Coronavirus

Two of ESPN’s N.Y.-based employees have tested positive for COVID-19, the company told employees via an internal email yesterday. The two employees were last in ESPN’s 77 West 66th St., building March 11-12 and are both said to be recovering at home. “In respecting the privacy of these individuals, we cannot share their names,” the email read. “We believe all employees who may have come in close contact have been working from home since then, and have been instructed to self-isolate and monitor as medical professionals advise.” The two employees were not at the Southport studios, where ESPN produces shows like “Get Up” and “First Take.”
