Satisfi Labs Expands Ticket Product, Signs On With Several Teams

Satisfi Labs, an AI-powered knowledge management platform, is announcing today the expansion of its ticketing assistant product, which will launch imminently for the Astros, Nationals, Magic and Spurs. They will join the Braves and Whitecaps as teams that have already launched the ticketing assistant. The AI-powered virtual assistant allows venues and teams to enable and expand ticket selling capability by letting customers search and purchase tickets directly within chat. The platform expansion integrates with multiple ticketing services, including Ticketmaster, Telecharge, Tickets.com and AXS.
