USF after spending $1M on a new academic logo announced that it would "abandon it and instead adopt the 'Iconic Bull U,'" which the school's athletic department has been using for "almost 15 years." Students and alumni "pushed back" after USF last fall unveiled the new academic logo featuring a "full-bodied, lime-green bull" (TAMPA BAY TIMES, 5/7).

More than 200 workers at Riot Games yesterday walked out of the video game developer’s L.A. HQ to "protest the company’s handling of two sexual discrimination lawsuits" (L.A. TIMES, 5/7).
