Ticketmaster Signs Multiyear Extension With Orlando City SC

Ticketmaster has struck a multiyear contract extension with Orlando City SC to remain the club’s official ticketing and technology partner. The agreement also will cover the NWSL Pride and other live events at Orlando City Stadium, including an enhanced working relationship with Ticketmaster parent Live Nation to increase the number of concerts at the venue. Orlando City SC was an initial client of Ticketmaster’s new Presence digital ticketing system, which has generated a nearly 400% increase in new fan identification and a six-fold boost in mobile-based ticket entry into the stadium. “Orlando City SC’s partnership with Ticketmaster has revolutionized the way we do business,” said Orlando City Chief Revenue Officer Chris Gallagher.
