Mark Zuckerberg Part Of Group That Could Buy EPL Club Tottenham

A "secretive American investment firm" backed by Facebook Founder Mark Zuckerberg is "considering" a $1.29B bid for EPL club Tottenham Hotspur. S.F.-based Iconiq Capital has held talks with a "number of buyout firms about a possible bid" for the club. Iconiq "manages the wealth of a number of Silicon Valley billionaires," including Zuckerberg. Sources said that the bid "consortium" includes former Padres Vice Chair & CEO Jeff Moorad (LONDON TIMES, 7/9).
