Tennis Player Eugenie Bouchard No Longer Repped By WME-IMG

WME-IMG no longer represents tennis player Eugenie Bouchard, who has been with the agency since January '15. An IMG spokesperson confirmed the agency no longer represented Bouchard and wished her the best. The Canadian was the subject of intense jockeying among firms after making the '14 Wimbledon final, ultimately leaving Lagardere for IMG in a one-year deal. IMG had been working without a contract for her since the start of the year, but that is no longer the case. It is unclear if Bouchard has new representation. Efforts to reach the player through her mother, Julie LeClair, were unsuccessful.

During Bouchard's time with IMG, the agency signed three new endorsements for her: Rolex, Aviva and Beats by Dre. Bouchard has been on a downward cycle in her career; after reaching a career-high ranking of 5th in the world in '14, she now is ranked 46th. She is also suing the USTA for a concussion she received during the '15 U.S. Open when she slipped in a locker room facility.
