Warriors Ticket Prices Spike As Team Eyes Record 73 Wins

Tonight's Warriors home game, in which they will attempt to set a new NBA regular-season record with 73 wins, is sold out, and the "asking price for a courtside seat is $8,000" on the secondary market through sites such as StubHub and Ticketmaster. The price for a "seat in the faraway section, with a great view of the US. flag hanging from the rafters, is $350" (S.F. CHRONICLE, 4/13).

Meanwhile, Warriors F Draymond Green announced via Twitter that he "would be giving away three tickets to a deserving Oakland youth." Standing-room-only tickets for the game against the Grizzlies are "currently going for over $300" (SFGATE.com, 4/12).
