Levy Restaurants Adds Automated Mixed Drink Systems To Venues
Levy Restaurants, food provider for the Kentucky Derby, is taking the next step for DIY beverage systems at sports venues. The Chicago-based concessionaire announced today the installation of automated mixed drink systems at several major league facilities it serves, including the 16 owners suites at Churchill Downs. The product, Monsieur Bartender, is a touch-screen system that makes made-to-order drinks, developed by Barry Givens and Eric Williams, the firm’s co-founders. The system's retail price is $4,000.
