Laugh Track....Going Underground

Former Dodgers manager Tommy Lasorda appeared on CBS' "The Late Late Show" last night and he told host Craig Ferguson that "if we're ever going to win it, it's right now." Lasorda said Dodger Stadium has "been renovated" and it is "all underground." The new ownership group has "done a tremendous job." Ferguson asked, "What do you mean it's all underground?" Lasorda said, "They dug the dirt out and made the clubhouse down there and the medical department and everything. You need a road map to get around down there." Ferguson said, "You still get Dodger Dogs, right? You haven't made it fancy? It's not like sushi or anything down there?" ("The Late Late Show," CBS, 9/18).

NBC’s Jay Leno: “According to the Orlando Sentinel, there was a rally to get Tim Tebow as quarterback for the Jacksonville Jaguars. But the bad news is, only 12 guys showed up. The good news for Tebow: Those 12 guys (were) Matthew, Luke, Mark, John, Peter, Bartholomew. Oh, even Judas was there, but he had to leave early. He had to get back to coaching the Jets. But he was there. … The face value of tickets to this year's Super Bowl will be as high as $2,600. That's what it will cost the Jacksonville Jaguars if they want to go to the Super Bowl" (“The Tonight Show,” NBC, 9/18).
