Sports Illustrated launches its investigative report on the Oklahoma State Univ. football program titled "The Dirty Game" at 9:00am ET on its website. OSU AD Mike Holder yesterday apologized to fellow Big 12 ADs in advance of "what's expected to be a scathing expose" of the football program (AP, 9/9).

The AHL and St. John’s IceCaps today will hold a press conference to announce “details for the 2014 AHL All-Star Classic.” St. John’s has been in talks with the league at least since last winter and “no other league city is known to have expressed an interest in hosting” the event (St. John’s TELEGRAM, 9/9).

The Greater Cleveland Sports Commission next week will “submit bids for NCAA championships that will be held between 2014 and 2018.” The commission hopes to lure the NCAA Women’s Final Four, the men’s Frozen Four hockey event and the NCAA Division I wrestling championships (CRAINSCLEVELAND.com, 9/9).

The Eagles have inked Enterasys Networks as their official Wi-Fi partner. Per the deal, Enterasys will debut high-density Wi-Fi throughout Lincoln Financial Field with the team’s home opener on Sept. 15 against the Chargers (THE DAILY).

West Palm Beach city commissioners today will hear a proposal by Alliance Media Group Holdings, which "wants to bring concerts" to Delray Beach Tennis Center (South Florida SUN-SENTINEL, 9/10).

FS Detroit has announced the addition of former NHLer Chris Osgood as a game and studio analyst for the ’13-14 NHL season (FS Detroit).

CNBC is running a full-page ad in this morning’s USA Today promoting the premiere of “Money Talks,” a one-hour special that follows Las Vegas sports handicapper Steve Stevens, at 10:00pm ET (THE DAILY).
