CBSSports.com Today Will Unveil Fantasy Football Developer Challenge

CBSSports.com today at the Fantasy Sports Trade Association summer conference will unveil its first-ever Fantasy Football Developer Challenge, aimed at spurring involvement in its existing fantasy open developer platform. First place in the contest will be $60,000, followed by $10,000 for second and $5,000 for third. Fantasy apps will be judged on originality, design and visual appeal, utility, fantasy value and market potential, and the contest will run until the Sept. 5 start of the NFL season. More than 1,000 developers have registered for the CBSSports.com fantasy developer platform, introduced in January.
