NBA All-Stars Chris Bosh, Blake Griffin Make Late Night TV Rounds

With the NBA All-Star Game in L.A., several All-Stars are hitting the late-night talk show circuit. Heat F Chris Bosh appeared on TBS’ “Conan” last night, where he said of being booed earlier this week during his first game back in Toronto, "At first, you expect to get booed. Then when it really happens it's like, 'This kind of sucks a little bit.'" Bosh appears in a new got milk? ad alongside a giraffe, and TBS’ Conan O’Brien asked, “Were you in the room with (the giraffe)?" Bosh: "I was actually with that giraffe. That's a baby giraffe. He's actually much taller than that" ("Conan," TBS, 2/17).

Meanwhile, Clippers F Blake Griffin appeared on ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live.” Host Jimmy Kimmel introduced Griffin by saying, “In only his first full season in the NBA, our next guest has done the seemingly impossible: He's made people want to go to the Clippers' games." Kimmel showed Griffin an ad in the L.A. Times for Clippers tickets that said he and Clippers G Eric Gordon would be with the team "for their careers." Griffin asked, "Is that real?" Kimmel: "That's real. … Do you have to abide by this? It's been printed here. Theoretically, people could now sue the Clippers if they buy tickets and you do not remain with the Clippers for the rest of your career." Griffin: "I didn't even think about that" (“Jimmy Kimmel Live,” ABC, 2/17).
