Overwatch League's Philadelphia Fusion rebranding, moving to Seoul

Comcast Spectacor is rebranding the Philadelphia Fusion of the Overwatch League as the Seoul Infernal and will formerly relocate the franchise to South Korea. The team had already been competing from Seoul, having moved there in 2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic. According to the Infernal, the organization will soon release new logos, jerseys and fan merchandise. Comcast Spectacor looks to be consolidating its esports holdings to South Korea. It is also co-owner of T1, the three-time League of Legends world champions and runner-up in 2022. The company co-owns T1 in partnership with SK Square of South Korea. Comcast Spectacor also owns the Flyers, ECHL Maine Mariners and NLL Philadelphia Wings.
