Hyperice rolls out new products during MLB postseason

Hyperice rolled out several new products that have been in use throughout the MLB postseason, including one the Phillies and Astros are leaning on in the World Series. Both clubs have had the Venom 2 -- a heat and massage wrap for the back, shoulders and legs -- in their dugouts and bullpens during the postseason and World Series, which continues tonight with Game 3 in Philadelphia. Hyperice CEO Jim Huether said that the company worked closely with the league to optimize solutions for performance that were consistent for every club in the postseason. Clubs in the postseason have also leaned on the Normatec Go, another recently debuted product that delivers air compression messages to calf muscles and whose lightweight, compact design is geared toward travel. Yankees Dir of Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Michael Schuk said that the club gave one to every player to bring with them on the road this postseason. In addition to being MLB’s recovery tech sponsor since 2020, Hyperice has two club sponsorships in the Yankees and Padres. Those clubs are "part of the product development initiatives,” Huether said: “We’ve had some really good feedback from a lot of the Yankees players on our products, which we took to heart and integrated into the product.”
