Nashville SC over the weekend "distributed a vinyl record to media members" pushing HANY MUKHTAR's run to become MLS MVP. The team "dished out the vinyl's before its final home game of the regular season" on Sunday against the Dynamo. Mukhtar "signed those records, which play the play-by-play call from 22 of his 23 MLS goals this season." He also "autographed the front cover of the record sleeve, which pictures the striker close-up in action after scoring a goal" (Nashville TENNESSEAN, 10/4)....SHAQUILLE O'NEAL is expected to open his first Big Chicken restaurant in Houston in December or early January, followed by an "ambitious rollout in Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio." There are eight Big Chicken locations "in the planning stages in Greater Houston," part of a "50+ rollout over the next seven years in the state’s four largest metro areas” (HOUSTON CHRONICLE, 10/4).
