Wagner at Delaware North led various teams, including the business builders group, business development and corporate development (Bret McCormick, THE DAILY)....USA Gymnastics Legal Counsel MARK BUSBY has "left the sport's national governing body." Busby, who "came under heavy criticism for his and the organization’s handling of a series of high profile abuse cases," was hired by USA Gymnastics in August '17 as the organization "scrambled to do damage control in the wake of the LARRY NASSAR scandal." Busby has rejoined the Marion County, Ind., prosecutor’s office, according to his LinkedIn page (ORANGE COUNTY REGISTER, 1/21).
