ESPN VP & Exec Producer of NFL Films and Original Content LIBBY GEIST will be leaving the network early next year. Geist marks the second senior production executive to announce plans to leave ESPN, following Exec VP/Content CONNOR SCHELL. Neither Schell nor Geist were part of ESPN's layoffs that saw around 500 job cuts this month. Geist, who was a member of SBJ's 40-Under-40 class in '19, said that she does not plan to return to work right away, opting to stay at home with her children (John Ourand, THE DAILY)....The Sports & Fitness Industry Association named OpSec Security VP/Corporate Marketing & Strategic Accounts BILL PATTERSON Chief Business Officer (SFIA).
