World Series Goes Cashless With Reverse ATM

Reverse ATM has installed several cash-to-credit kiosks at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, for fans to access at the World Series. The venue, which also hosted the NLCS, has gone cashless in hopes of reducing COVID-19 spread. 

Reverse ATM’s self-service kiosks allow fans to exchange cash for a card that can be used at retail locations and concessions stands at Globe Life Field. MLB is allowing 11,500 fans to attend each World Series game at the venue, which is the new home ballpark of the Texas Rangers.

“Reverse ATM’s innovative Cash-2-Card self-service kiosks will help our staff and fans maintain social distancing within the stadium and help to create an overall better, safer experience for everyone,” Starr Gulledge, SVP of finance for the Texas Rangers, said in a statement.
