Ravens Can Welcome Back Fans For Game Against Steelers On Nov. 1

Baltimore Mayor Bernard C. "Jack" Young said that the Ravens "can welcome fans back" into M&T Bank Stadium for their game against the Steelers on Nov. 1, according to Talia Richman of the BALTIMORE SUN. Roughly 3,000 people "will be allowed into the lower bowl seats." Another 800 fans "will have access to club-level seats, while 500 people will be seated in suites." Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan's executive order, issued last week, "allows for each seating section to be at 10% capacity." Young, who has "reopened at a more cautious pace, did not initially commit to allowing fans at M&T Bank Stadium this week." Baltimore officials "will not be opening up the upper bowl" for the game. The Ravens already "sent an email to permanent seat license owners, allowing them to enter a lottery system and request tickets for the game" (BALTIMORE SUN, 10/23).
