Blue Jackets Strike Jet's Pizza Deal After Parting Ways With Papa John's

The Blue Jackets signed a "five-year partnership with Jet's Pizza," thereby ending the team's longtime relationship with a local Papa John's franchise, according to Hayleigh Colombo of COLUMBUS BUSINESS FIRST. The Blue Jackets had worked with Papa John's franchise Johncol Inc. since the '11-12 season. The new partnership means that Jet's "will be available for fans to purchase at games at branded concession stands throughout Nationwide Arena." The Blue Jackets still will have a "'Score Twice' promotion that will offer fans a discount on Jet's Pizza after games in which the Blue Jackets score two or more goals." Jet's also will "serve as the 'presenting partner' of the Blue Jackets' annual First Responders Night" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 10/8).
