Delaware North Chief Customer Officer Rick Abramson Retiring

Delaware North Chief Customer Officer RICK ABRAMSON is officially retiring from the company after 54 years but will remain on as a senior advisor for special projects. Abramson, whose career in sports business began as a teenage food vendor at the former Milwaukee County Stadium, served in leadership roles at every subsidiary of the diversified entertainment company during this tenure. He also was president of Delaware North’s Sportservice. Under Abramson, Delaware North Sportservice’s revenue tripled from '04-12 as the company was awarded business at high-profile sports venues such as Lambeau Field, MetLife Stadium and Target Field. Abramson also was Delaware North’s CEO of the former Australian Venue Services, which included catering clients such as Melbourne Showgrounds, Sydney Entertainment Center and Royal Exhibition Buildings, the Melbourne Cup Race, Australian Grand Prix and the Australian Open.
